Job Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician
Job Location: Madison, WI 53792.
Facility: UW Health University Hospital
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:30 pm-7:00 am
Start: ASAP
                                       
Responsibilities:

•    Preparing and checking medication prescribed to the patient
•    Identifying potential interactions between drugs and providing information to the patient
•    Ordering stock and ensuring that it is kept in appropriate conditions
•    Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all medication processed through the pharmacy
•    Offering advice on dosages, side effects and other aspects of drug interaction
•    Delivering community healthcare services such as prescription collection and delivery
•    Offering screening programmers for common ailments such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol
•    Recruiting, hiring and training staff including overseeing Trainee Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants
•    Working with the pharmaceutical staff to maintain a clean, customer-friendly workplace
