As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for children and families, identifying specific needs and appropriate interventions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each child's development is tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired results.
• Provide guidance and support to families, sharing resources and strategies that promote healthy child development.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing child and family services.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, incorporating methods such as coaching models and natural environment teaching in your approach.
• Establish and maintain rapport with children and families to foster a positive therapeutic relationship and create a supportive learning environment.
• Deliver trainings and workshops for families to equip them with skills that enhance their engagement in their child's developmental journey.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and case discussions, bringing insights and feedback regarding service delivery and client progress.

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers who face developmental disabilities or delays. Our Children's Services program is specifically designed to help these young individuals develop critical skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. By working closely with families, you will play a vital role in shaping the futures of these children and ensuring that they receive the necessary interventions during their formative years.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to adapt therapeutic methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual treatment plans.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear dialogue with clients, families, and teammates.
• A respectful approach to teamwork, demonstrating a commitment to collaboration and the sharing of insights.

Although not mandatory, the ideal candidate will have:

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• A strong commitment to Natural Learning Environment practices, showcasing an understanding of holistic and family-centered approaches.
• Bilingual capabilities, which are encouraged to enhance service delivery to a broader client base.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
