We are recruiting for a Full-Time Site Manager to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Sewell, NJ.This position is benefit eligible.
OVERVIEW
WeismanChildren's Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to providing exceptionalpediatric therapy services that empower children to reach their full potential.We're seeking a dynamic Site Manager to lead our Sewell location.
POSITION SUMMARY
This positionassists with the overall administration, coordination, development, andoperations for the Weisman Children's Rehabilitation Center at Pennsauken.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership& Operations:
  • Manageall daily operations of the site
  • Supportthe implementation of approved site plans as outlined in the strategic plan andprovide leadership through implementation
  • Developannual site-specific program plan
  • Implementpolicies and procedures and assist in the development of departmentalprocedures
  • Actas site liaison representing the site-specific program
  • Track,analyze, and report on relevant data and metrics

StaffManagement:
  • Supervisetherapists, Rehab Aides, and volunteers
  • Monitorstaff caseload and schedules based on clinical needs

ClinicalResponsibilities:
  • Asa treating clinician, plan and implement developmentally appropriate treatmentprograms based on evaluation results, discharge plans, and interdisciplinaryteam goals in an effective and timely manner
  • Providefamily-centered treatment as reflected in communication, care plans, referrals,and chart documentation in accordance with the mission, vision, and values ofthe organization
  • Maintain30% scheduled productivity (treatment caseload)

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor/Master/Doctoraldegree from an accredited graduate program in Physical Therapy, OccupationalTherapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Currentstate licensure in good standing
  • Minimumof 3 years of experience working in pediatrics
  • Strongorganizational and time management skills
  • Broadunderstanding of rehabilitation departmental operations and structure
  • Excellentoral and written communication skills
  • Demonstratedability to work well as a team member
  • 2+years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
