Job: Driver/Field Service Associate

Pay: $24-$26/hr 

Location: Williston, VT

Schedule: First Shift (OT potential)

 Full-Time, Direct-Hire


Driver/Field Service Associate Job Summary: 

Pridestaff is working with a local branch of a nationwide medical delivery company seeking a Driver/Field Service Associate to join its growing team. The Driver/Field Service Associate will maintain, clean, deliver, and pick up medical equipment from hospitals and nursing homes. The ideal Driver/Field Service Associate has a clean driving record and at least 2 years in a service position. The Driver/Field Service Associate is a full-time, direct-hire position in Williston, VT.


Driver/Field Service Associate Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for Daily Deliveries by Prepping Medical Equipment and Ensuring Documentation is Accurate
  • Load & Unload Equipment to be Delivered
  • Safely Operate 26-ft Box Truck for Deliveries
  • Deliver Correct Equipment and Pick-Up Required Documents
  • Ensure Vehicle is Maintained and Maintenance Records are Updated
  • Follow Company Guidelines to Clean & Disinfect Equipment
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service in all Patient & Customer Interactions


Driver/Field Service Associate Job Requirements: 

  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Must Have a Clean Driving Record (At Least 3 years of No Moving Violations)
  • Must Have at Least 2 Years of Experience in a Service, Operations, or Front-Line Customer Service Role
  • Must be Able to Lift up to 30 Lbs and Push or pull up to 75 lbs
  • Must be Able to Operate a 26 ft Box Truck
  • Comfortable Working with Solvents & Cleaners and in a Non-Climate-Controlled Warehouse Environment
