Job Description:
SCOPE: This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of a high-volume outpatient medical oncology practice. This position provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff while ensuring exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and physician support. The Practice Manager partners closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leadership, pharmacy, infusion services, laboratory, imaging, and other ancillary departments to achieve organizational goals and deliver an outstanding patient experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Day-to-day operational management of the practice.
2. Leadership and staff development .
3. Physician partnership and contract management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required
Masters in Healthcare Administration / Business Administration preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare administration and/or management
Knowledge of ICD9/10 coding a plus
Experience with management objectives / physician scheduling highly preferred
