Position Summary:

The AI Marketing Operations Manager serves as the operational partner to marketing leadership by driving marketing technology, AI adoption, automation, analytics, and campaign execution. This role is responsible for optimizing marketing performance through data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and scalable systems that support patient acquisition, provider recruitment, brand awareness, and business growth.

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
  • Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing operations, campaign execution, project workflows, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, KPI reporting, attribution models, and performance analytics for leadership.
  • Oversee marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, lead management processes, and digital marketing infrastructure.
  • Partner with recruiting, operations, clinical, and executive teams to support patient growth, provider recruitment, and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain marketing SOPs, workflows, content management processes, and campaign standards.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that increase marketing efficiency, lead conversion, and return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, agency performance, marketing budgets, and technology implementations.
  • Serve as the operational and analytical partner to marketing leadership by executing strategic initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
AI & Automation Responsibilities
  • Implement AI tools to automate content creation, campaign reporting, audience segmentation, email marketing, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Develop automated dashboards that track campaign performance, lead generation, patient acquisition costs, recruitment marketing metrics, and ROI.
  • Leverage AI and predictive analytics to identify marketing opportunities, optimize targeting strategies, and improve conversion rates.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies that enhance marketing productivity, personalization, and operational scalability.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Analytics, or related field required.
