Job Title: Office Administration Assistant

Job Description

The Office Administration Assistant supports the team by organizing files, performing accurate data entry, and providing general administrative and clerical assistance during a major internal project focused on improving processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organize physical and digital files to support a comprehensive file clean-up initiative.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
• Assist team members with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain orderly records and documentation to ensure information is easy to locate and up to date.
• Support ongoing project activities by preparing, updating, and tracking relevant documents.
• Communicate clearly with team members to understand priorities and align administrative support with project needs.

Essential Skills

• Proven administrative support experience in an office environment.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage files and documentation effectively.
• Ability to provide general administration and clerical support as required.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in completing assigned tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior office experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Comfort working with basic office software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist where needed.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Work Environment

This role operates in a typical office setting, working closely with a team engaged in a large-scale success project focused on organizing and improving file management and data processes. You will primarily work at a workstation using standard office equipment and computer systems, collaborating with colleagues and providing support wherever it is needed. The environment values reliability, organization, and teamwork, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to an important internal initiative.

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
