As a Craig RN, you'll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to ensure holistic, individualized patient care. You'll not only manage complex clinical needs but also educate and empower patients toward independence and long-term wellness.
Shift: Varies; will be determined based on the hospital's needs and candidate's preference.
Compensation: $36.93/ hour โ $53.18/ hour plus Shift Differentials as applicable

What We Are Looking For
Licensure & Certification โข Current Colorado RN license required โข BLS certification from AHA (American Heart Association); required โข ACLS and relevant specialty certification (CNRN or CRRN); preferred
Education โข Graduate of an accredited nursing program; required โข BSN required within 18 months of hire (CCNE or NLNAC-accredited program preferred)
Experience โข Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred โข Experience in neuroscience, acute med-surg, or rehabilitation strongly desired
Skills & Strengths โข Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills โข Effective communicator and team collaborator โข Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and trauma-informed care โข Organized, self-motivated, and skilled in time management โข Comfortable using EMRs and basic computer systems
Key Responsibilities
โข Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care aligned with Craig's standards and the ANA Code of Ethics โข Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team โข Educate patients and families on care plans, goals, and long-term self-management techniques โข Coordinate care with team members across disciplines, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity โข Safely administer medications and monitor for efficacy and adverse effects โข Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner โข Apply principles of infection prevention and patient safety to every interaction โข Supervise and delegate to unlicensed staff and students as appropriate โข Support orientation of new staff and participate in precepting when assigned โข Actively participate in Shared Governance, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities โข Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and team-oriented unit culture
