IT Administrator (Not a Remote Position)

Monday, Wednesday and Friday  (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80-bed full-service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR, that has been providing quality health care to the residents of Arkansas since 1985. Rivendell Behavioral Health Services has been offering hope to individuals, families, and communities for over 35 years. The IT Administrator is responsible for installing and configuring computers and other equipment for our employees. First and second level support for users that have technical questions. Having the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and effectively while providing users with excellent customer service. Documenting what you've learned for the future use of others. Excellent communication and follow-through skills are imperative while working with users (who may or may not be technically savvy) by phone, email, and in person.  Must become proficient in UHS network responsibilities.

A minimum of an Associate's Degree, and 3-5 years of IT Administrator experience is required.  Technical certifications in MCSE, CCNA, A+, NET+ are a plus.
