We're hiring a Guest Services Representative to be the friendly face of WakeMed, helping patients, visitors, and staff navigate our facilities and access the information they need. This role will be cross trained in Gift Shop/Guest Services and may require mornings, evenings and weekend hours.
What you'll do
  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Provide directions and information about services and locations.
  • Support patient and visitor needs while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with volunteer coordination and training.
  • Support retail operations including sales, POS, and reporting.

Who you are
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or healthcare experience is desirable.
  • Friendly, professional, and passionate about helping others.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work mornings, evenings and weekends .
