BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH US
As a Building Automation Field Service Engineer, you will become skilled at troubleshooting, calibrating, repairing, and operating control systems with their related hardware, software, and equipment. You will develop an in-depth understanding of HVAC-related controls and perform an analysis of building control and mechanical system performance. You will also have the opportunity to:
  • Preventative Maintenance Tasking (Database Back-ups, Control System Analysis, Network Analysis and Optimization, Central Equipment Controls Performance Testing, Customer Training).
  • Troubleshoot DDC Control and Mechanical Systems.
  • Replace failed components as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison to various team members (Supervisor, Service Coordinator, Account Managers, and Customer)
  • Learn how to modify and create project-specific controls programming.
  • Provide feedback on company-wide standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications

JOB DETAILS YOU SHOULD KNOW
  • Base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $78,000 and is based on experience and tenure
  • This is a full time, exempt position. Typical work days are Monday-Friday
  • Local travel is required up to 50-percent of the time
  • This position requires consistent physical work at a project jobsite, spending most of your time on your feet. Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes. Lifting and exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally. Must be comfortable climbing a ladder regularly. Small repetitive motions and use of small tools is included.
