Veterinary Reception, Client CareLocation: Strathmore, AB

Our mixed animal hospital is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Client Care Representative to join our team. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy hospital and providing excellent service to our clients and their furry, hooved, and wagging companions.

The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic setting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping animals. Our hospital serves both small and large animals, so experience with both is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service

  • Schedule appointments and procedures, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources

  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry

  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management

  • Assist with patient care and treatment when necessary

  • Ensure the hospital is clean and organized

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic setting

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
