Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Executive Director will oversee the Director of Nursing, Clinical Director, and Operations Director, while fostering a culture of excellence, stability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership to staff and residents, promoting a culture of compassion, stability, and accountability.
  • Drive strategic planning initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and long-term goals.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and client-centered services.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state, and federal regulations in partnership with the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Collaborate with admissions, revenue, and insurance teams to ensure seamless and safe client admissions.
  • Lead occupancy growth efforts and continuously enhance client experience.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, maintaining fiscal responsibility and efficient resource use.
  • Supervise and support senior leadership staff to foster development and performance.
  • Maintain facility and grounds standards through proactive maintenance and inspections.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with external organizations to advance the mission.
  • Review and authorize contracts and agreements on behalf of the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.
  • Senior leadership experience in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record in program development, strategic planning, and fiscal management.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission, state, and federal regulatory standards.
  • Experience supervising and developing multidisciplinary leadership teams.
  • Contract negotiation and compliance oversight experience.

  • Must successfully complete Background Check, Drug Screen, and TB Test
