Job description

SINSE CANNABIS  |  A BeLeaf Medical Company
Cultivation Technician
Full-Time • St. Louis, MO Cultivation Facility • $16.50+/Hour • Full Benefits Package
Grow your career from the ground up. Sinse Cannabis, a BeLeaf Medical company, is hiring Cultivation Technicians to help care for the plants at one of Missouri's largest cannabis cultivation operations. You'll work hands-on across every stage of the grow — from cloning and daily plant care to harvest — building real horticultural skill in a fast-growing, licensed industry.
Cultivation Technicians work full-time and are assigned to a specific, primary area of the cultivation facility, with cross-training across all primary grow areas so you build a well-rounded skill set. Because healthy plants don't take days off, occasional weekend and holiday availability is required.

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Hands-on plant care experience with one of Missouri's leading vertically integrated cannabis companies.
  • Cross-training across multiple cultivation areas, building a well-rounded horticultural skill set.
  • Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance — individual premiums covered by the company at 100%.
  • 401(k) with company match, plus 12 days of PTO and 9 paid holidays, including 3 additional personal days.
  • A genuine path to grow your career within our cultivation team as you develop your skills.
  • Generous employee discount on Swade and Sinse products (21+).

About the Role
Cultivation Technicians are essential members of the Sinse Cannabis team, helping ensure the successful, day-to-day operation of our cultivation facility. Working from established SOPs, you'll carry out the hands-on tasks that keep marijuana plants healthy and our licensed grow running safely, efficiently, and productively — from daily plant care through harvest.

What You'll Do
Plant Care & Room Management
  • Oversee flower rooms and maintain plant health through daily check-ins, evaluating plant health and happiness, spot-watering, and canopy management.
  • Make adjustments to room environment or grow process with input from the Cultivation Manager, and communicate continuously with support teams and management regarding plant happiness, pest outbreaks, and equipment issues (irrigation, tables, lights, etc.).
Propagation & Cloning
  • Take cuttings and clone cannabis plants to support ongoing production cycles.
Facility Maintenance & Grow Room Support
  • Maintain clean grow rooms and workspaces by regularly sanitizing tools, equipment, and grow rooms to uphold sanitary practices and keep pests away.
  • Fill reservoirs and help build scaffolding for growing cannabis plants.
Harvest & Plant Movement
  • Move plants through primary cultivation areas and assist with harvesting.

What We're Looking For
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Horticulture or indoor horticulture operation experience preferred.
  • At least 21 years of age, with the ability to obtain a Missouri cannabis facility Agent ID.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods, including trimming plants, potting, and regular inventory.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds, climb, and work above shoulder height for extended periods.
  • Ability to reach across 4-foot-wide trays while standing and slide under trays on creepers to perform maintenance.
  • Ability to push carts and wheelbarrows, and carry flats and pots.
  • Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $16.50-$17.00+ per hour.
  • Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.
  • 401(k) with company matching.
  • 12 days of paid time off.
  • 9 paid holidays, including 3 additional personal days.
  • Generous employee discount.
