Job description

NOW HIRING: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated therapy team.

Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

If you’re passionate about helping residents improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life, we’d love to have you join our team.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

  • Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions

  • Monitor resident progress and response to treatment

  • Communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist

  • Complete required daily documentation and treatment notes

  • Participate in resident care plans and interdisciplinary team meetings

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current PTA license in good standing required

  • Experience working with the geriatric population preferred

  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to providing quality resident care
