Overview

Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe.


Responsibilities

About the NICU: 

  • 22-bed, Level II NICU; 100-150 deliveries per month.
  • 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night.
  • NNPs see both NICU and well-newborn patients.
  • A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs.
  • Flexible 24- or 72-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance.
  • Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
  • Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team
  • Ability to pick up shifts in Level III-IV NICUs in our practice, IF desired
  • Exceptional new graduates will be considered

HCA Houston Conroe is part of HCA Houston Healthcare, a family of hospitals serving over one million patients yearly at 13 hospitals within the Greater Houston area.
