Position Overview
The Medical Practitioner serves as the clinical leader in the center, responsible for consultations, diagnostics, and advanced treatments under Medical Director guidelines. This role partners closely with Health Coaches to deliver integrated, results-driven care that improves client outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Evaluate and manage programs related to hormone optimization, weight loss, and aesthetics
  • Order and interpret labs (hormones, metabolic markers, micronutrients) and clearly communicate results to clients
  • Perform procedures including blood draws, IV/IM therapy, BHRT pellet insertions, and injections (GLP-1, peptides)
  • Deliver aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers (where applicable)
  • Monitor client progress, adjust care plans, and proactively manage side effects
  • Educate clients on memberships, services, and recommended supplements
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure full HIPAA and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with team members, participate in daily huddles, and support clinic performance goals
  • Stay current on medical advancements and complete required training

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
  • 2+ years of experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, or aesthetics preferred
  • Strong knowledge of functional medicine, longevity care, and patient-centered treatment planning
  • Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills
