Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans that align with their individual needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to groups, couples, families, and individuals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions regarding client progress and treatment adjustments.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops and staying informed about advancements in mental health research, to elevate the quality of care provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in breaking down barriers to care, particularly for clients who may have limited access to mental health services due to geographic or socioeconomic factors. Your empathetic approach will be vital in establishing rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
