Job description

PRN - PART TIMESELF SCHEDULING, PAY PER VISIT, WEEKLY PAY, PAID TIME OFF

Horizon Home HealthCare is currently hiring Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement patient treatment plans. In this role, the COTA will work with patients of all ages to help them develop, recover, and maintain essential daily living ad working skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: delivering therapeutic interventions, tracking patient progress, and adapting activities to improve motor skills, cognitive functions and overall independence. 

Position is available as PRN or part - time. We offer self - scheduling, pay per visit, weekly pay and paid time off. 

Must have an active Ohio COTA Licensure.
