Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, creating a safe environment for open dialogue and healing.
  • Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and comprehensive care to clients.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
