Description

FEV North America, Inc., a global supplier of engineering services to the Transportation Industry, has an opening for a contractor position for 2nd shift experienced in engine development Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities will include fabricating, setting up and conducting tests on advanced Engine and Powertrain development projects
  • Responsible for calibration
  • Preventive maintenance of FEV equipment
  • Maintaining quality assurance procedures

Requirements

  • Associate's degree
  • Mechanical or Electrical experience required
  • Systems knowledge: PC based applications including Microsoft Office/ADAPT/Lab View/MORPHEE/PUMA
  • Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to succeed are essential
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to well within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fabrication experience
  • Emissions experience
  • Combustion experience
