Job Summary:
The KalHops Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping and accelerating the growth of Kalsec's global hops business. This position is responsible for translating the technical and sensory value of our advanced hop products into compelling marketing strategies, differentiated positioning, and impactful go-to-market execution.
As a key member of the KalHops team, you will lead the development and activation of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth for our hop oils portfolio. You will collaborate cross-functionally with global sales, R&D, applications scientists, regulatory, and commercial teams to bring innovative products and stories to life for brewers worldwide.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and product category initiatives aligned with business objectives and measurable KPIs
  • Translate product functionality and benefits into clear, compelling messaging, positioning, and branding that resonates with brewers and industry stakeholders
  • Partner with R&D and applications teams to support innovation pipelines and bring new, market-relevant hop products to launch
  • Collaborate with global sales and commercial teams to drive demand generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth
  • Analyze beer industry and hop market trends to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and maintain competitive advantage
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade, and event channels, optimizing performance through data and insights
  • Develop high-quality content including thought leadership, technical papers, and industry-facing materials to position KalHops as a trusted expert
  • Support customer engagement through trade shows, industry events, and customer visits in collaboration with sales and technical teams
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing execution
  • Continuously explore and adopt new marketing tools, technologies, and tactics to drive innovation and impact

Qualifications:
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience within the brewing, hops, or related industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of branding, content development, lead generation, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Desired
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in FMCG, CPG, or B2B marketing environments

Working Conditions:
