Job description

New year, new career? If you are looking to put your RDH skills and proven experience to work "Multiplying Hope" and making a meaningful difference in people's lives, Hope Clinic could be the place for you. We are a non-profit, faith-based, mission-centered organization seeking a full-time RDH to help us meet the growing need within the community. We offer free medical, dental, behavioral health, and food and basic needs support; because our dental clinic is not focused on volume, billing, and profit, we can focus on serving those in need with dignity, respect, patience, and excellence.
We have two RDH openings:
  1. Part-time (24 hours per week), with a weekly schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  2. Full-time position (32 hours per week) with a weekly schedule of Monday through Thursday.

Occasional Saturday work may be available for both positions. Minimum requirements include:
  • Licensed RDH
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least 1 year paid work experience
  • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Self-starter with strong initiative to support the needs of the clinic and its patients
  • Comfortable working with a diverse client population with varying needs, including patients with limited English proficiency
  • Mission-minded with a desire to be part of an organization that strives to serve the whole person through all program services offered

This position offers competitive pay, paid time off, and a generous paid holiday package, including the week between Christmas and New Year's.
