Job description

Support daily café operations by preparing high-quality beverages and food, delivering exceptional guest service, and creating a welcoming, aloha-driven experience. Engage guests with product knowledge, maintain a clean and organized environment, and support overall store operations in a fast-paced setting. 

This position is eligible to receive a company sign-on bonus of $250.00 sign-on bonus (payable in two installments-$125.00 bonus payable at 90 days and $125.00 bonus at 180 days of service)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items with consistency and care
  • Deliver warm, engaging guest service that reflects the spirit of aloha
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in compliance with Hawaii regulations
  • Support cashiering, stocking, and visually appealing merchandising

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, guest-focused, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Flexible schedule (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Valid Hawaii Food Handler Certificate (required within 30 days of hire)

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs
  • Perform occasional reaching, bending, kneeling, or climbing
