Honda of Seattle is recruiting Sales Consultants!
No automotive experience is necessary.
We are committed to hiring and developing top talent from all industries.
The primary goal of the Sales Consultant is to provide a fun, educational experience for customers who come into Honda and Toyota of Seattle. The Sales Consultant will accomplish this by handling all walk-in guests, answering questions, presenting our products, and educating the public about what makes our selling process different than the rest.

We Offer our Automotive Sales Consultants:
  • 80 days of training for our model of business.
  • Training is paid at an hourly wage of $21.30 per hour.
  • After 80 days of the training period, pay is based on a highly competitive commission structure.
  • Compensation based on a tiered system - paid per unit (new & used) - paid on all finance products.
