How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Lead the frontline defense of worker health by applying elite sports medicine principles to the "industrial athlete," ensuring every team member remains physically capable and injury-free.
  • Evaluate workplace injuries immediately, providing expert onsite assessment and clinical care that prioritizes the employee’s recovery and a safe, sustainable return to duty.
  • Create proactive injury prevention programs and ergonomic interventions tailored to the specific physical demands of our industrial environment.
  • Support the critical link between operations and clinical care by acting as the primary liaison between the employee, the onsite safety team, and external physicians.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

  • Athletic Trainer credentialed from the Indiana Athletic Trainers Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
