Job Requirement:Qualifications Minimum of two years of successful automotive sales management experience, or three years of proven sales performance if transitioning from a sales role. Strong leadership skills with a results-driven and self-motivated approach. Knowledge of dealership sales operations and assertiveness in decision-making. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Used car buying or appraising experience is a plus. Auto manufacturer master sales or management certifications are an advantage.
