Bob's Motorcycles is seeking a Motorcycle Technician to join our service team in Jessup, MD. This is an opportunity to work in a professional, motorcycle-focused environment where teamwork, technical growth, and work-life balance are valued.

What You'll Do:
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
  • Inspect motorcycles and identify mechanical issues.
  • Test ride motorcycles when necessary for diagnosis and quality control.
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area .
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience repairing motorcycles, powersports vehicles, or automobiles.
  • Technical training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Valid motorcycle driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to qualify for a Maryland Inspector License.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical information and repair procedures.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical repair work.
  • Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
