Location: North Richland, TX (On site) | Type: Full Time | Flat Rate: $16.00 + Bonus

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!

As a Lube Technician, you’re responsible for showing our guests a super experience and getting them on the road quickly. You’ll provide light vehicle maintenance, keep a safe, neat workspace, and handle your responsibilities with honesty and integrity.

Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great entry point into your career with us!

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver your guests’ cars every time, on time, as promised
  • Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids
  • Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary
  • Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards
  • Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks
  • Perform minor services including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements
  • Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
  • Keep work station clean at all times
  • Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently

    What You’ll Need:

    • Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
    • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
    • 6+ months of experience as a lube/ express technician required
    • State Inspectors License a plus
    • Experience at an Automotive School or Program
    • Prior dealership experience a plus
    • Positive team minded attitude
