Apply lean manufacturing techniques to support process efficiency and meet SQCDM targets. Perform basic time estimates for production processes and equipment loads. Support the develop and refinement of operation standards.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support Stamping / Plastics Department Lead for PDDA, MDRS, EOS systems. Participate in meetings with Honda functional groups to discuss improvement themes in Quality, Safety, Delivery, Production, Purchasing, Packaging, or Logistics.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Identify opportunities to reduce waste within the process and improve efficiency. Apply 5S work methods, workstation design, and set best practices for production.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Evaluate and implement ergonomic countermeasures to prevent associate injury.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in developing plans and schedules for projects.
