U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace or related testing environments
- Strong knowledge of aerospace testing procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols
- Familiar with diagnostic tools and test equipment used in aerospace systems validation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test plans accurately
- Minimum 2 years' experience in workflow management and process optimization within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Familiar in analyzing complex workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track workflow performance and support continuous improvement.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in workflow analysis and process improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the FAA regulations relating to repair stations
- Experience with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
