What are homework helpers?

Homework helpers are individuals or services that assist students with their school assignments, providing guidance, explanations, and support to help them understand and complete their homework. They may work in person, online, or through tutoring centers, and can cover a wide range of subjects and grade levels. Homework helpers aim to reinforce learning, build student confidence, and promote independent problem-solving skills while ensuring academic integrity.

For a homework helper, earning $40 an hour is considered above average, as typical tutoring rates range from $15 to $30 per hour depending on experience and subject complexity.
