Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy executive. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage office tasks, assist with personal errands, and help with two elementary school children and the household. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with personal errands, such as shopping, managing household tasks,
  • Occasionally handle school drop-offs or pick-ups for two elementary school children, as needed
  • Support children with homework and school-related activities, as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment or with children is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Must have a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
