PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Longmont, CO. As a project manager you will mainly work in an office setting. You will help our construction team meet the needs of our valued and high-profile clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Supervise, lead, and provide guidance to a team
  • Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality expectations. This includes daily tracking of job progress, managing budgets, and handling change order submittals.
  • Lead weekly conference calls with project groups
  • Ability to develop a strong and trusting relationship with our clients so that conflicts and changes are addressed quickly
  • Assist in building the baseline schedule and project budget
  • Experience with estimating and BTW preferred.
  • Oversee monthly financials, accruals, and forecasting
  • Closely communicate with internal support groups
  • Resolve escalated issues that require coordination with other departments
  • Preform miscellaneous duties as assigned

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 6-10 years of proven project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience
  • Excellent client and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera
  • Physical activity for the role includes:
    • Site visits as needed
    • May experience variable weather conditions during site visits, including hot and cold weather
    • Standing, and walking for long periods, on variable terrain
    • Repeated lifting up to 50 lbs
    • Repeated motions such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
