Job description

Athena Care at Home is hiring per diem Homemakers in the Manchester area!

Weekly pay at $17 an hour. This on-the-road position requires the candidate to have an active driver's license and an insured vehicle.

The homemaker performs tasks enabling the patient to remain in their home, such as assisting in self-care activities and keeping the home clean.

Education & Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides homemaking activities.

  • Observes patient for changes in physical or mental conditions.

  • Keeps the home clean and orderly.

  • Plans meals and purchases food and household supplies as needed.

  • Prepares and serves meals according to the family's needs and patient's plan of care.

  • Washes and cares for the kitchen and kitchen supplies.

  • Assist with patient laundry.
