Job description

Delivery Specialists

Key Roles:

Serve as liaison between the Salesperson and client

Provide the client with a thorough understanding of the functions and features on their new car.

Demonstrate all “on board” technology (pair phone, homelink, preset audio, Mbrace)

Key Interfaces:

Customer – Salesperson - Finance Manager - Sales Manger

Professionalism:

Build ethics and integrity into all tasks and communications at all times.

Primary Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the client after the finance process is complete, to provide a thorough and “active” demonstration of the vehicle features.

Ensure all secondary systems are activated properly and verify functionality (Mbrace, Lojack, Bluetooth, ect..)

Be a brand ambassador

Provide additional support to sales and management staff through a variety of secondary job roles. (follow up calls/emails, inventory management, CRM mgmt)

Provide training to sales/service staff when appropriate

Qualifications:

Outgoing, personable and client advocate

Must be comfortable with technology and have ability to adapt to client needs

Organized, punctual and ability to adapt to schedule changes

Flexibility to travel on short notice

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver license in the state that you will work
  • Must have a good driving record
  • MUST be able to operate both standard and automotive vehicles.
  • Must be able to work full time, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have a great customer service attitude!
