Job description

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a Team Leader for our Homelink team. Join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions to lead healthy and productive lives. GCBHS has an immediate opening for this position to supervise a Case Management team serving adults who are experiencing severe mental health disorders in Hamilton County.


This position supervises one of our Homelink teams. You will be able to work with a very interesting and challenging client population.

Position Responsibilities for Team Leader

  • Responsible for the administrative management and daily operations of assigned care management team.
  • Provides coordination, leadership, and supervision to care managers.
  • Manages the daily operation of team supporting organization goals and philosophy.
  • Coordinates clinical supervision of team staff and services with Clinical Manager/Director.

Position Requirements for REC Team Leader:

  • Bachelors degree in Mental Health or Human Services Related Degree preferred
  • At least three years of experience working with persons with severe MH impairment
  • Excellent oral and written communication,
  • Excellent crisis management and problem-solving
