What is a homeless veteran case manager?

A Homeless Veteran Case Manager is a professional who assists veterans experiencing homelessness in obtaining housing, accessing benefits, and connecting with supportive services. They work closely with veterans to develop individualized plans, advocate on their behalf, and coordinate care with other agencies. Their goal is to help veterans achieve housing stability and improve their overall quality of life.
