Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-07 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:
- Carrying out the assignments in conformance with accepted policies and practices for assigned program areas;
- Exercising judgment in selecting and applying available guidelines related to specific problems or issues;
- Applying practical knowledge of the basic concepts, principles, regulations, and policies related to logistics and procurement management; and
- Identifying situations or issues and choosing the best approach according to established procedures and practices.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of successfully completed education and experience. This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts or a list of courses/course hours submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:
- Monitoring and advising on a variety of administrative problems or situations (i.e. budget, personnel, travel, space, logistics);
- Exercising judgment in choosing, interpreting, applying, and modifying available guidelines for adaptation to specific problems or issues;
- Identifying administrative problems or issues related to logistics and procurement management; and
- Identifying a variety of issues and their factual relationships, analyzes relevant factors and conditions and chooses a course of action from many alternatives.
