As a Caregiver for Homeland HomeCare, you would contribute to our community of caring by providing direct personal care and general housekeeping support to home-bound clients.

As Homeland HomeCare's Caregiver you would provide personal care and housekeeping/companion services to clients in the home or other environments where the client resides in accordance with an established individualized plan of care and under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Provide care and comfort to clients in accordance with assigned tasks and the established plan of care. Observe the client, report and document observations and care performed. Provide timely documentation of services based on the client's care plan.
Requirements for HomeCare Caregiver:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete a 40-hour Caregiver Training Program as part of your orientation process, with a passing score on a written competency test.
Experience
- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Minimum 2 years' caregiver experience.
Licensure, Registration, and Certification
- Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements.
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
- Satisfactory criminal background check.
- Maintains current CPR certification.
