About the Role

Are you a passionate leader who enjoys coaching others and creating exceptional client and caregiver experiences? Fedelta Home Care is looking for an experienced In-Home Care Supervisor to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll oversee a caseload of clients and caregivers throughout Portland (Washington County) while partnering closely with our Tigard office team. You'll serve as a leader, mentor, and problem solver, ensuring caregivers have the support they need to deliver outstanding care while maintaining compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

  • Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support an assigned caseload of caregivers and clients.
  • Conduct caregiver supervisory visits, performance coaching, and routine check-ins.
  • Scheduling to ensure appropriate caregiver placement and staffing coverage.
  • Assist with client assessments, service plan updates, and ongoing quality assurance visits.
  • Address caregiver and client concerns promptly while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Monitor caregiver compliance with company policies, state regulations, and required certifications.
  • Assist with caregiver onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing development.
  • Support branch initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and recognition.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within company systems, ensuring timely and complete records.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and support branch performance goals.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise an assigned group of caregivers.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Support employee development and corrective action processes when appropriate.
  • Escalate complex employee relations or operational issues to the Lead Supervisor or Director.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in home care, healthcare operations, case management, staffing, or employee supervision preferred.
  • Knowledge of Washington State home care regulations, WACs, RCWs, and Department of Health requirements is preferred but not required.
Certifications & Licenses
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proof of current auto insurance.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks.
  • CNA, HCA, or related healthcare credential is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills

To be successful in this position, candidates should demonstrate proficiency with:
