Pay & Earning Potential:
Starting Base Rate: $14.00 per hour
Earn even more with premium pay opportunities:

  • Monday - Thursday from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Scheduling & Hours
We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Caregivers within Dickson, TN!
Unlike facilities, Senior Solutions Home Care provides one-on-one care in our clients' homes. Because every client has different needs, schedules are built around:
  • Client care needs
  • Your availability
  • Your location
  • Your willingness to travel (Up to 30 miles)

Shifts range between 2 to 12 hours, and you may care for one or multiple clients a day and/or throughout the week.
Home Care is always evolving, which means schedules may change as clients' needs change. The more flexible your availability and travel radius, the more opportunities you'll have to receive the hours you want. Our goal is to build a schedule that works for you while ensuring every client receives exceptional care.
What You'll Do:
As a Caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home by providing:
  • Companionship and meaningful conversations
  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc)
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Mobility assistance and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Transportation and errands as needed
  • Compassionate, respectful support that helps clients live with dignity
