Job Title: Clinical Education Specialist - Cardiology Device
Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Education Specialist, providing expert
education and support to patients using a new, innovative cardiology device designed to help prevent
heart failure. This role combines clinical expertise with patient-focused teaching to ensure
successful adoption and safe use of the technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, maintenance, and monitoring of the
cardiology device in clinic settings and patient homes.
Provide individualized instruction, troubleshooting, and follow-up to promote adherence
and positive outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff, and device representatives to coordinate
education plans and reinforce care protocols.
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate training records in accordance
with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
Current RN license in state of practice required.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in cardiology, cardiac care, or patient
education.
Strong communication and teaching skills with the ability to explain complex medical
concepts clearly.
Willingness to travel locally to patient homes and clinic sites.
