Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate. As a Marketing Support Manager on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Support Specialists to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional growth
• Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective support across multiple brands.
• Monitor support requests, service trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and support documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve operational processes that enhance team productivity and service quality.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing support, customer support, marketing operations, business operations, shared services, or a related operational environment. 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees. Experience developing operational processes, improving workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations. Ability to evaluate technology solutions, vendor proposals, and business requirements using sound judgment. Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing initiatives, and develop structured solutions to complex business problems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Business or a related field

Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home. Our office locations are at: 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, Tx 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, Tx
