Melissa Greer Inc., based in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Real Estate Courier & Staging Design Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations, supporting a fast-paced real estate business through courier responsibilities, general administrative support, and hands-on assistance with home staging.

  • Deliver and pick up staging items such as furniture, decor, and signage to and from various properties.
  • Ensure all staging items are properly arranged and set up in each property according to the staging plan.
  • Coordinate with the real estate team to schedule timely deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of staging items and report when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the staging items storage area.
  • Various tasks to keep projects moving forward, and that contribute to keeping homes looking their best.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics or delivery roles, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Ability to lift and move furniture and decor items safely and effectively.
  • Proven track record of maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Attention to detail in arranging and setting up staging items according to design plans.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management and reporting procedures.
