We are seeking multiple New Home Sitters to join our team.

Our In-House Sitters provide opportunities for our customers to see their dream home by carrying out the following duties:

  • Walking Spec homes to ensure proper cleanliness of the house.
  • Ensure model homes are well cleaned.
  • Update signage as needed and ensure that it is correctly placed.
  • Show homes to potential buyers and answer questions.
  • Write up sales contracts as need.
