Are you a go-getter who loves connecting with people and making homes more amazing? Tri-County Home Pros of West Lafayette, IN is on the hunt for a full-time Home Remodeling Sales Consultant to join our team.

PAY, BENEFITS, AND SCHEDULE

Enjoy a competitive weekly base pay plus commission on all sales.

Our Home Remodeling Sales Consultants work full-time, usually from Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend appointment required. But hey, we're flexible – we can handle early or late appointments, even a Saturday now and then.

YOUR DAY

You'll spend your day meeting homeowners, hearing what they want, and checking things out. Then you'll put together a plan to make their dreams come true and show them how it works. We've got cool tools that let you do this in person or online. Once they're on board, you'll make sure everyone knows what needs to happen.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Estimating experience (you have to be a numbers person)
  • Good character and a drive to learn
  • A valid driver's license
  • Computer Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent customer communication skills and follow-through

We quote residential and commercial projects for our customers. This position requires great attention to detail & critical thinking skills. Remodeling & Roofing experience is a plus. College experience is also preferred.
