This position is for individuals who are coachable, resilient, and serious about building a career in sales. The work is demanding. The learning curve is steep. The income is performance‑based.

The Opportunity

As a Junior Project Consultant, you will be extensively trained to succeed in a one‑call‑close, in‑home sales environment. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals and leadership while developing the skills required to perform at a high level.

You will run 1–3 appointments per day, depending on readiness and performance.

  • Progressive responsibility as skills and results improve
What You’ll Do
  • Learn and deliver in‑home sales presentations
  • Shadow and progressively lead appointments
  • Travel throughout New Jersey to customer homes
  • Develop objection‑handling, closing, and consultative selling skills
  • Attend weekly training, role‑play, and development sessions
  • Build emotional discipline, confidence, and professional maturity
Requirements
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
