Job Description: Home Remodeling Expert
This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where you will develop relationships with pre-qualified customers, both prospective and returning. Your role will involve traveling within your service area, conducting in-home sales presentations, and closing high-ticket deals. Top performers can expect to make up to $200k a year.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct professional, in-home sales presentations of our services to homeowners.
Travel to and from appointments as required, completing assessments of homes to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Develop a strong working knowledge of our portfolio of products to best serve the customer's needs.
Overcome objections from homeowners and close sales by making our financing options attractive and feasible.
Build and maintain customer relationships to foster long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Participate in ongoing paid training with the goal of continuously improving presentation and closing skills.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be willing to work six days a week with your choice of day off.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required.
Previous in-home sales experience and/or knowledge of home improvement products are a plus but not required!
