Key Requirements
  • Must have proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge
  • Some experience in glass reglazing is required but additional training can be provided
  • Experience in bath, plumbing, or handy man experience
  • Own truck and tools
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
  • Bilingual skills in both Spanish and English- a plus!
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

About This Role
  • Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service
  • Travel to our customer's homes to install new products or repair existing products
  • Take preventative measures, escalate any customer issues to the Service Department
  • Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
  • Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
  • Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for prolonged periods of time
