What You'll Do
  • Perform skilled carpentry on residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-home renovations
  • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Complete framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other detailed finish work
  • Work closely with project managers and fellow team members to keep projects on schedule
  • Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
  • Troubleshoot field challenges and contribute practical solutions
  • Mentor less experienced carpenters and lead by example
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers throughout each project
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience
  • Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
  • Personal hand tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
