Position Summary:
Our inspection coordinators are responsible for scheduling home inspections with our customers and the cities they live in. They ensure that each customer has a home inspection completed by the customer's city and that their roof is stable and safe for a solar installation. This position requires initiative and problem-solving skills while managing multiple locations requirements. Someone who is passionate about giving customers the best experience possible will do well in this role.

Essential Duties:

  • Answer 8-12 calls each day
  • Schedule about 1 inspection with the customer and city per hour of work
  • Work to increase the team's inspection pass rate
  • Work with other departments to complete any work that is required before inspection

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to take initiative and solve complex problems
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
