Job description

We’re hiring a motivated licensed real estate assistant to join our growing team! Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for the business, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, scheduling bids with vendors for negotiations, setting up all listing prep needs, and showing clients homes. The perfect candidate will have open availability, specifically on nights and weekends where most business is conducted. The right personality fit for this role is someone eager to perform, quick on their toes, and with a good attitude.


This is not a stepping-stone position. We are seeking someone who wants to build a long-term career in a support role, is invested in the success of the business, and is excited to become an integral part of the team for years to come.

Compensation:

$60,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Show homes to clients and coordinate the timing of showings in RMLS as needed
  • Set up all vendors, including stagers, photographers, sign installers, etc., for listing preparation
  • Coordinate client closing gifts, printing marketing materials, and ordering various office supplies as needed
  • Ability to analyze inspection reports, call and pull vendor bids, and meet with them on-site for necessary repairs for clients in an efficient manner, within tight timelines, to utilize for the agent to negotiate.
  • Assist in covering open houses for listings
  • Arrange and develop client events or ways to further awareness of the brand
  • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Assist the transaction coordinator with files, dates, and timelines
  • Oversee and track all aspects of each transaction once they are in contract
  • Assist in capturing videos of new listings for social media marketing

Qualifications:
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
  • Must have an active and good-standing Oregon Real Estate License
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or a GED
  • Must have their own form of transportation and insurance
